In case your order did not arrive or arrived damaged in any way please contact us at support@matzano.com or through the contact us page or whatsapp support at any time for a refund or compensation.

Damage and Problems:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess and correct the problem.and 

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us.

We regret that we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the desired item is to return it and purchase a new item separately when the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods were shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return it within 7 days without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned goods whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company also needs time to process and post refunds.
